Submit a Return Request
If you wish to request a return, please visit our Returns and Refunds page and complete the return form. This section is available directly on our website.
To submit a return:
- Access the Warranty section in our website’s navigation.
- Complete the return request form, including your order number, the items to be returned, the reason for return, and any notes or photos if applicable.
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond with next steps.
If your return request is approved and involves shipping, you will receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Once the product is returned, our receiving department will inspect it and proceed with either an exchange or a refund, depending on the condition of the item and your preference.
Return Policy
You may return an item within 30 days of the delivery date. If the return is for reasons other than the product being damaged, return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
We do not accept returns on the following items unless they arrive damaged and such damage is reported within 7 days of delivery:
- Chemicals and liquids (including alcohol, aerosols, aftershave, colognes, hair gels, etc.)
- Clipper or trimmer replacement blades
- Scissors and shears
- Razor blades, razors, and razor holders
We appreciate your understanding that returns for these items are restricted due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Conditions for Returns
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.
- If an item is found to be used and is being returned for reasons other than damage, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs and subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
- Returns received after 30 days of delivery may be considered at our discretion and may also be subject to a restocking fee and customer-paid return shipping.
All returns must include proof of purchase. If the original packaging is unavailable, please contact our team for guidance on how to return the product safely.
Defective Items
Defective machines (clippers, trimmers, shavers, etc.) must be reported and returned within 30 days of delivery. If this period has passed, please contact our customer service team to arrange warranty service, if applicable.
Undeliverable Packages (Returned to Sender)
If a package is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will attempt to contact you. If unclaimed after 5 business days, the order will be canceled and refunded, minus a 20% restocking fee and any original shipping charges:
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- No one available to receive the package
- Vacant address
- Package not collected after delivery attempt and notice
Damaged Packages (Online and Wholesale Orders)
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos or video of the damage.
- Contact our support team immediately.
- For wholesale shipments, have the delivery driver note the damage on the bill of lading.
- In some cases, an inspection by the shipping company may be required.
For USPS packages, you may be asked to present the package at your local post office. Please retain the original packaging and damaged items until the case is resolved. Do not reship unless instructed.
Missing or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:
- Contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Please note that neither the shipping carrier nor UCV Enterprises can be held responsible for packages that are:
- Stolen after delivery
- Delayed due to weather
- Returned due to undeliverable address or signature requirement
Customers are encouraged to track their packages and manage delivery preferences directly with the carrier if needed.
Agreement and Disclaimer
By placing an order at oldscullusa.com, you agree to this return policy and waive the right to dispute any shipments that are delayed, lost, stolen, or undeliverable due to natural causes or delivery issues beyond our control, unless the fault lies with UCV Enterprises.
